At Moringa Nature, we understand that customers may need to cancel an order from time to time. This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations are handled for customers across Pakistan.
❌ Order Cancellation Requests
Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Registered Phone Number
✅ Cancellation Before Dispatch
If your order has not yet been shipped:
- Your order can be canceled free of charge.
- Any prepaid amount will be refunded according to the refund method used during purchase.
🚚 Orders Already Dispatched
Once an order has been handed over to the courier service:
- Cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
- The customer may be responsible for applicable shipping and handling charges.
- Refusing delivery after dispatch may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders:
- Customers are requested to cancel only when genuinely necessary.
- Repeated order cancellations after confirmation may result in COD privileges being limited or suspended.
- Moringa Nature reserves the right to refuse future COD orders from customers with a history of excessive cancellations.
💳 Prepaid Orders
If a prepaid order is canceled before dispatch:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days depending on the payment method.
- Bank processing times may vary.
Any transaction fees charged by payment gateways may be deducted where applicable and permitted by law.
⚠ Incorrect Information
Orders may be canceled by Moringa Nature if:
- Incorrect pricing is displayed due to technical errors.
- Product stock becomes unavailable.
- Fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Payment verification cannot be completed.
- Delivery to the provided address is not possible.
In such cases, customers will be notified and any eligible payment will be refunded.
📦 Refusal of Delivery
If a customer refuses to accept a dispatched order without a valid reason:
- Shipping and return handling costs may be charged.
- Future Cash on Delivery orders may be restricted.
- Customer accounts may be flagged for repeated refusals.
🔄 Modifying an Order
If you wish to:
- Change your delivery address
- Update contact details
- Modify products in your order
Please contact us immediately after placing the order. Changes can only be made before dispatch.
